Blind Repairs on Hunter Douglas & Graber Only

Limited Lifetime Warranty for defects in materials, workmanship, or failure to operate. Not including motorization or operational cords listed below.
Hunter Douglas warranty is only valid for original purchaser and does NOT transfer with a home sale.
Hunter Douglas motorization components are covered for 5 years from the purchase date.
Hunter Douglas operational cords are covered for 7 years from the purchase date.
If under warranty, customer is responsible for all shipping charges and labor charges for repair, removal, & installation.
No labor/repair charge if shade was purchased from DCI within the last year.

Graber warranty is only valid for original purchaser and does NOT transfer with a home sale.
Graber operating cords, pleated shades without looped tape, vertical vanes, and 2" horizontal blind slates are covered for 3 years from the original purchase date.
Graber motorization components, draperies, fabric cornices & valences, soft shades, exterior solar shades are covered for 5 years from the original purchase date.
If under warranty, customer is responsible for all shipping charges and labor charges for repair, removal, and installation.

$75 service charge each way will be applied to remove/install repaired shade.
$55/hour labor charge will be applied to repair shade in-house
No repair charge if purchased through DCI within a year of purchase date
No charge to quote new shades if old shades cannot be repaired
