From an Intro to Home Design course she took in high school, Hanna was immediately drawn to the field of interior design. Continuing her education at Fox Valley Technical College, she graduated with an Interior Design degree and dove right into the field. She was quick to gain hands-on experience during her 4 years at Palmer Johnson Yachts but knew she wanted more. Hanna was presented with an opportunity at Door County Interiors and has been serving her clients & managing large scale projects since 2015. As a Door County native, Hanna has the privilege of having an insider's perspective on life here in Door County and is proud to call it home.

Serving both residential and commercial clients, Hanna’s primary focus is her client’s needs. 

She handles projects of all sizes and scopes from new construction to choosing paint colors and home accents. Helping clients feel comfortable in their home or their home away from home is incredibly rewarding. Her clients have been known to say Hanna is like having a trusted confidant or close friend as she can see beyond the space and dives deep into really knowing how people will actually live in that space. She is soft spoken and has a calming yet direct demeanor that is infectious as she can take a sometimes stressful situation and make it a seamless & orderly process without creating anxiety. Hanna goes above & beyond making sure her clients needs are met so they can achieve their ideal Door County living space. 

Hanna has made a point to foster genuine professional relationships with talented tradespeople, contractors, builders, and vendors. These established relationships allow her to create meaningful and innovative design solutions for her clients.

In her spare time, Hanna enjoys everything Door County offers. You’ll find her golfing with her husband and family, camping on the weekends or hanging out at home with her husband Matt, their son Ren and their 2 adorable pugs Harvey & Huey.

Design & creativity has always come naturally to Annette Anderson. With an Interior Design degree from Fox Valley Technical College and over 23 years of industry experience, her talent & passion for her work shine through every project she touches. Annette has a skilled eye for the potential of a space by maximizing the layout and implementing the appropriate flow. She is also continually recognized for her organization and impeccable attention to detail.

Annette believes her success lies in her ability to take on any challenge with enthusiasm while maintaining focus on the most important thing: the client’s needs. New construction projects are Annette’s bread & butter! She takes great pride in guiding her clients seamlessly through the entire process from the initial design concept to the completed project. Because of her vast knowledge & experience in the design industry, Annette has this incredible ability to anticipate any issues before they actually become problematic. Her proactive and direct approach to project management ultimately gives her clients the most seamless and stress-free experience she can possibly deliver. 

Annette’s enthusiastic personality shines as she truly loves what she does. You will find her giving 110% on every project; big or small. Whether a new construction project, designing window treatments & draperies, furnishing vacation rentals, or simply adding art pieces and home accessories, you’ll hear her say “this job excites me every day!”

When Annette isn’t designing, she loves spending time with her two children; Seth & Cate. She also enjoys everything Door County has to offer including golfing, boating, exploring the state parks, & relaxing and loving life with her friends and family.

 As a self-described “Renaissance Woman” Wendy has always immersed herself in the creative world. With a Fine Arts BFA degree from Alma College in Michigan and over 30 years of industry experience, her unique artful eye often leads her design process. Wendy credits the year and a half she spent in Paris early in her career to expand her knowledge of architecture and optimizing the potential of unique spaces. Life & starting a family landed her back in Chicago as she began her incredibly successful career with some well-known firms such as Habitat Wallpaper & Blinds, Wickes Furniture, & Ashley Furniture before deciding to relocate to Door County in 2007. 

For 12 years, Wendy has made a remarkable impact on Door County Interiors and continues to impress her clients. While some designers thrive on massive projects, Wendy always gravitates to smaller projects or clients who may be overwhelmed at the thought of making any sort of design decisions. She believes taking the time to work closely with clients even on a smaller scale and delivering beyond their expectations will ultimately have them returning for future projects. It's not uncommon that people will come back after having had at least one experience working with Wendy because of how amazing it was when finished. Her diplomatic tone of voice is a beacon for repeat clients.

When Wendy isn’t busy designing, she loves spending time with her husband and two children; Myles & Sam. Her creativity doesn’t end when she’s relaxing. You’ll also find her perfecting her 100 square foot perennial garden, painting, sewing, knitting or cooking!
